About Us
Based on his long experience as pilot instructor in the airline industry, Tor started with providing CRM (Crew Resources Management) training for pilots and pilot instructors 20 years ago. Eventually, the idea of designing a software solution for pilot instructors to be used during pilot training emerged. Based on the Helix software system, the IAP platform was developed.
Over time, we have grown. Tomas joined in 2021 bringing in the maintenance and technical aspect of aviation, and with his passion for management of competencies we have further developed Helix with a competency management module called CanDo.
Investments and new contracts enable us to further developing Intrinsic to reach our goal to deliver an ultimate software solution that will ensure that your employees have the expected competency - both initially and over time - and that you utilize your employees competencies effectively and safely on day to day basis.
IAP and CanDo was developed within the aviation domain, but they are based on human factors which means the software can be applied in any risk-based ndustry.
Making assessment based on observable behaviors has proven a difficult undertaking, but the IAP tool will provide powerful data in this segment.
